Project roles:

  • HRIS Transformation lead: Support customers to define HR process in alignment with the industry standards and implement best of breed cloud HR solutions like Oracle HCM cloud, PeopleSoft HCM, Dynamics 365 for Talent (Finance and Operations). Define HR key performance indicators to measure critical aspects of the business and the impacts to provide visibility of HR data to make decisions.

  • HRIS Solution Architect: Understand the cross functional touch points of HR with Finance, Retail management, Project management and accounting process. Define seamless solution experience and solution design considering the overall process landscape of the customers.

  • HRIS Project manager: Scope HRIS projects, Sales and Presales, Excellent stake holder management, Budgeting and control of project delivery, Mentoring small teams of 3-8 members. Very good understanding and working experience of agile, waterfall and hybrid project management approach.
